I am very interested the this integrated approach. I am also concerned about losing my e-mail address and website. I don't like it (it is www.kathyshowker.com & kathy@kathyshowker.com), but how are my existing people supposed to reach me plus all of my collateral with this information?

You can transfer your domain name over to your personal account at a company like Godaddy.com.  When you have the domain name transferd over to your account you will then have control over the location that your domain name points.  Then you can choose a new email provider, we recommend Google enterprise and that typically costs $50/user. per year.
