DwellAgent, a real estate application, soon to release

Today, is our first post about our new online application, the first time we have shown a logo, a name, or idea to the public.  DwellAgent is an application that will help agents and brokers market and manage their business along with their brand in a simple and sophisticated way.

The founders of DwellAgent are real estate agents that have leveraged the power of the internet while battling its time consuming nature.  To be a great agent you must have an online presence.  To be an amazing agent you must spend your time with your sellers, buyers, and in the properties.  We identified a need for simple and elegant real estate tools that would help us effectively run our business and embrace our brand as an agent.

We knew it was time to get rid of the cumbersome software, redundant tasks, and create something new.  It was clear that not only does the application need to be effective, its usability and the perspective of the agent were critical.  Together with a world class team of developers and designers we have created a solution.  A web based application designed to be simple, with elegant features, all while creating sophisticated results.

Over the next month (and beyond) we will update you on what the last year has meant for our application, our ideas, and our methodology.  It will lead to the release of our application this March 2010.  Our product will get the attention of not just the real estate community of agents and brokers but their clients.
