We had a fantastic trip to the REALTORS Triple Play 2011. DwellAgent set up a booth to visit with both current cleints and agent that are looking for a website and marketing platform. Ed and John promoted the Free Listing Websites and agent / brokerage websites.

As we get ready for another set of great updates to DwellAgent. We want you to take advantage getting a FREE listing website. It is easy to do and they end up looking like 35Tyler.com or 61Quint.com. They can have photos, links, video, and more. Simple and effective.
1. Sign up for a free account at DwellAgent
2. After you use the sign up form click listing websites / create listing website. Ass the details for the property, photos, video and more.
3. Click publish.
You can assign a custom domain to the listing website also. If you do not want to use our generic url just set up a custom domain name. Purchase the domain name at a site like GoDaddy. (Visit the settings tab for the listing website for instructions.)

When a brokerage firm’s agents have an array of personal websites how does that effect the firms brand?
It does not take long to see that real estate agents have endless choices for choosing a web site solution. Each service has its own pros and cons. But, when a real estate brokerage works diligently to bring their brand to the market place how does their own agents personal websites challenge their position? Some may spend thousands on a website that looks perfect and still lacks content. Another may have a site fitting of the late 90s or early 2000s.
Brokerage firms that maintain standards will become stronger, looked to as being a leader, and will grow in the marketplace. Firms have standards for their yard signs, but not the online presence of their agents. The brokerages establishment of standards can often be in conflict with an agents, need, want, and will to be in control of their own business.
